Permanent magnetic clamping plate
Design: Neodymium magnetic clamping system with a steel base body. The low magnetic field height of about 5 mm prevents magnetisation of the machining tools. The upper plate can be machined up to a depth of 6 mm without impairing the holding force. The clamping plate is activated using a detachable hexagonal control lever.
Holding force: approx. 100 N/cm²
Magnetic field height: approx. 5 mm
Transverse pole pitch: 1.4 +0.5 mm
Application: For high-precision clamping of small and thin workpieces for grinding or eroding.
Note: For all magnetic clamping plates, a flushing bore can be introduced into the pole plate.
