Permanent magnetic round chuck RM
Design: Magnetic round chuck with reinforced, ceramic magnet system and an aluminum base body. The magnetic force is continuously adjustable. The integrated centring grooves in the surface facilitate alignment of the workpieces. In addition, a centring hole can be introduced into the clamping surface. The upper plate can be machined up to a depth of 8 mm without impairing the holding force.
Holding force: approx. 140 N/cm²
Magnetic field height: approx. 8 mm
Max. pole pitch: 5 + 8 mm
Application: For clamping of workpieces during turning, also for large parts.
