General note: VDI tool holders for CNC lathes consist of tempered steel with a strength class of approx. 900 N/mm², hardness of 56 ±2 HRC and a hardness depth of min. 0.5 mm. In addition, all VDI tool holders have a cylinder shank h6 with internal coolant supply and adjustable ball slot nozzles.
Shank and supporting face hardened and ground, with coolant transfer hole.

Design: Bar holder with flexible turning jaws to cover a wide clamping range. The clamping range can be extended even further by reversing the jaws.
