Zero adjuster
Design: From hardened steel, with elastic touch surface.
Application: For positioning of workpiece surfaces or tool lengths in the Z-direction on rotary or milling machines. The device is placed onto the workpiece. Using the machine spindle, the cutting tool, e.g. milling cutter, is then moved on the touch surface until the pointer is at zero on the dial gauge. The distance from the cutting tool to the workpiece is now precisely 50 mm, thereby the blades are not damaged when measuring.
Scope of delivery: Zero setter with dial gauge.
