Design: DIN 8350 C. Made of special chrome steel with triangular hollow profile blade, concave sharpening and clean enamelled surface. Highest cutting performance due to high blade hardness of 58-65 HRC on 1/3 of the blade length. With moulded wooden handle in curved shape, lacquered and with pressed, seamless steel pipe clamp.
