Electromechanical torque wrench MANOSKOP® 714R
Design: Torque and angle wrench, ergonomic design with multi-component plastic handle. With micro USB interface for programming the torque angle wrench and documentation of the screwing data by laptop and PC. Torque can be set using multi-functional buttons. Switches N·m, ft·lb, in·lb, for reading using the high-contrast illuminated LED display. For controlled clockwise and counterclockwise tightening as well as rotation angle. Rotation angle range (adding) 0° to 999°. 4-fold signaling of the screwing process through the acoustic signal (buzzer), vibration, rotating number display and LED display, clearly visible from all sides with traffic lights. Menu-lock function prevents unauthorised adjustment of settings. 4 measurement modes: Torque, rotation angle, torque with control variable rotation angle, rotation angle with control variable torque. Programming possibility of parameter sets and schedule (25 each). Supplied with reversible ratchet, software SENSOMASTER Basic, USB cable, 4 micro-batteries (AAA/LR03, 1.5 V) and 2 test certificates (torque, rotation angle).
Application: For high-precision screw connections with torque/angle, where a high accuracy or documentation requirement exists, e.g. in engine components, in particular cylinder head bolts, or in mechanical engineering with increased requirements, including robotics etc.
