Design: Extremely resistant and durable. Double scale for reading N · m and lbf · ft, readable via window scale. Steel tube housing with 2-component plastic handle, head with intake for plug-in tools. The QuickRelease safety lock guarantees secure click-in and quick change of plug-in tools. For controlled clockwise and counterclockwise tightening. No reset to 0 required because the measuring element is only loaded during the tightening processed, flexible rod instead of spring. Clearly recognisable acoustic and tactile trigger signal. Easy and convenient scale setting using scale ring with precision adjustment, readjustment without disassembly. Delivery includes test certificate.
Application: For controlled screw tightening in the corresponding torque range for all industrial manufacturing areas. Ideal for hard to reach fittings. Also suitable for work in series production, for this purpose, the adjusting knob can be unscrewed after setting the release torque (unintentional change in the release torque is thus prevented), the supplied TORX® TAMPER-RESISTANT screw also protects against tampering, as well as the enclosed adhesive seal (no adjustment possible without seal breakage).
