Screw extractor Hi-Trac TP
Design: High-quality screw extractor HiTrac with special coating TP, heat-treated, 54-56 HRC, with rolled thread and fine left twist. The shaft is sharpened, with square for actuation with a tap wrench or tool holder.
The properties have been considerably improved and the application facilitated by the new geometry. Lower loosening torque due to new cross-section geometry. Less drilling depth due to optimised thread length. Improved safety for users and component as well as a larger range of applications, time savings.
Application: For removing broken screws with a right thread. Drill a central hole in the piece to be removed using the recommended size of jobber drill, insert the screw extractor and turn evenly (not with a jerk) to the left to loosen the residual piece.
