Precision clamping fixtures PL-S micro
Design: Body and jaws made of alloy tool steel, hardened and precision ground. The stationary jaw is smooth, whilst the mobile jaw comes with a horizontally ground V-block and quick adjustment. Clamping and releasing through Allen key. With quick adjustment and draw-down effect. Side clamping surfaces for clamping claws.
Angularity¹: 100 mm = 0.005 mm
Parallelism²: 100 mm = 0.002 mm
Application: For high working accuracy in precision grinding, milling, measuring and eroding.
