Design: DIN 7262, Form F, rectangular, with tang and hewn on 2 flat sides and 2 round edges.
Application: Particularly suited for sharpening larger saws with radius at tooth discontinuation.
General notes: Flawless steel structure as prerequisite for uniform hardness. Type and angle of the cut are determined by the particular application, whereby one differentiates between cut 1 - for rough machining, cut 2 - half smooth/universal and cut 3 - finishing. Ideal tooth geometry for each application. The length of the file is measured without the tang from the tip to the attachment.
