Carbide Tipped Keyhole Saw, MBS
Design: Sturdy construction with axial and radial ground special grinding for optimum cutting results. Replaceable centring drill bit for smooth tapping without punch-marking.
Application: Can be used on portable, magnetic and pillar drilling machines. With pillar drilling machines always choose manual feed.
MBS. With ejection spring to remove the core and protect the carbide teeth when drilling. For material thickness up to max. 10 mm. (With material thickness over 6 mm, the tool needs to be set down for chips to be emptied several times.) From Ø 37 mm with specially hardened mountholder for absorbing torsional forces. For more stability, the MK mount holder should be used from Ø 37 mm upwards. Improved cutting behaviour, high cutting performance and service life due to advanced cutting geometry. For flat material, but also suitable on raw material and concaved surfaces.
