Design: Material with tensile strength of 1600–1800 N/mm², hardness of 52 ± 2 HRC. Hydraulic fluid is compressed using a hydraulic clamping set (pressure screw, pressure pin, seal) using a hexagonal T-key. The pressure forces developed effects even deformation by which the tool shank is being clamped with high concentricity (max. 3 µm). Taper to DIN 254. Hole for data carrier/chip (Ballauf).
