Hydro expansion clamping chuck HSK 63, DIN 69893, Form A, with internal cooling
Design: Material with tensile strength of 1600–1800 N/mm², and a hardness of 52 ± 2 HRC. Hydraulic fluid is compressed using a hydraulic clamping set (pressure screw, pressure pin, seal) using a hexagonal T-key. The pressure forces developed effects even deformation by which the tool shank is being clamped with high concentricity (max. 3 µm). Taper to DIN 254.

Maximum speed: 40000 min-1.
Optimal operating temperature: 20–50 °C.
Coolant pressure max: 80 bar.
Adjustment track: 10 mm
