Combination setting tool Flipper® Plus
Design: Made of die-cast aluminium with forged pliers jaws made of high-quality steel. For the setting of blind rivets and blind rivet nuts with just one tool. The required hand strength is reduced by 40% after repeated actuation. The hinge pin is mounted to prevent turning. With removable mandrel-collecting vessel, a spring reset for automatic mandrel ejection and an opening spring.
Application: For blind rivets up to Ø 5 mm in aluminium and up to Ø 4 mm in steel and stainless steel. Setting blind rivet nuts from M4 to M6 aluminium as well as from M4 to M5 steel.
Scope of delivery: Hand rivet tool Flipper® Plus, 3 mouthpieces 12/20; 12/24; 12/29, 3 mandrel conversion kits 12/M4; 12/M5; 12/M6, installation wrench, hexagonal screw pin, chuck jaw insertion aid.
Note: One setting tool with 2 functions, a blind rivet setting tool can be converted into a blind rivet nut setting tool in just a few steps. Can be converted in less than 1 minute.
