Keramicut deburrer I CR 1100 with fixed ceramic blade
Design: Keramicut deburrers are the perfect tool for deburring problems with plastic and light metal workpieces. This results in the following advantages:
1. Due to the extra hard ceramic blade, plastics and other soft materials are easily deburred.
2. Due to the wear-resistant and sturdy ceramic blade, the tool has a long service life.
3. Damage-free work without rejects is possible due to the spherical blade (r = 250 mm).
4. There is no risk of injury due to the blunt 90° blade angle.
Application: For on-the-spot removal of materials on plastic and light metal workpieces. Position the blade on the area for deburring at an angle of 60°–80° and draw over the workpiece in a continual motion. Do not apply excessive pressure.
Robust, ergonomically shaped softgrip handle with comfortable finger hollow and fixed ceramic blade.
