High performance cooling lubricant concentrate HPC
Design: Boric acid-free, semi-synthetic, free of sec. amines, water-miscible cooling lubricant, particularly low-foaming.
Application: Suitable for internal coolant supply (ICS) and high-pressure machining. For all metals E and NE e.g. steel, unalloyed or alloyed, all types of castings: cast steel, malleable cast iron, die cast iron, copper and its alloys, such as cast brass, gunmetal. Use also for all chrome-nickel alloys. Excellent for thread cutting, tapping, centring, broaching and reaming with reamers, drilling and milling. In addition, the product is suitable for general machining of all common grinding operations. Can also be used with internally cooled tools and high pump pressures.
